Order a Second Opinion Pathology Consultation
To order your Second Opinion Pathology Consultation, submit your payment through PAYPAL by picking one of the following options:
- Option 1 $150.00, is a payment for second opinion consultation on your pathology slides/reports that you will mail to ConfirmPath. After you submit the payment, you will receive an email with the request form to fill and take to your pathology department to be able to obtain slides/material and reports.
- Option 2 $190.00, is a payment for second opinion consultation on your pathology slides/reports that WE will request for you from your pathology department, the extra fees are required to cover the request of material and includes shipping charges.
- Option 3 $175.00, is a payment for second opinion consultation on your pathology slides/reports for international patients/addresses including Canada. The extra fees are applied to cover the shipping charges of the case to your international address, after the consultation. (For international cases the slides has to be delivered to us for examination. ConfirmPath will not request slides for international cases.)
